Platsil Gel 25 is a unique blend of fast-curing platinum/addition cure silicone that can be used to make molds, props, and masks. With the addition of a Deadener, you can soften the tough Platsil Gel 25 to create animatronic constructs and even silicone gel prosthetics.

It has a working time of 5 minutes and a demoulding time of 60 minutes. Platsil Gel 25 mix has a lower viscosity than other Platsil Gels.


- Platsil Gel 10 has a working time of 5-6 minutes and a release time of 30 minutes. Use Platsil Gel 10 as mold rubber or to create prosthetic devices. Use Smiths Deadener to eliminate the synthetic look and feel of regular silicone rubber.
