Ultra Underbase is a water-based hydrating primer perfect for dry or combination skin.
It contains a small amount of silicone and its creamy consistency glides well on the skin, moisturizing it completely. It is especially suitable for use with thicker foundations (TV Paint Stick, Dermacolor, Ultra Foundation...).
